On Wednesday, May 29, 2024, eG Innovations Korea hosted a customer invitational seminar “eG Enterprise: Get Observability 2024” at Nuri Hall on the 6th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel, Gwanghwamun, Seoul.
This year’s 2024 event was a big one, as we invited 50% more customers and partners than we did in 2022 at Lotte Hotel, and we had more than 150 attendees, which was more than we had hoped for.
Beyond Monitoring, “Get Observability” explained how to integrate AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to provide meaningful data to IT operators and managers, resulting in dramatic cost savings in IT operations management.
For this event, Anand Sampath, our CFO, and Srihari Avar, our Technical Manager, visited the event from our headquarters.

The event was a great success, with many customers attending and expressing surprise at how much bigger our Korea office is now than when we started in 2018. In addition, the recent focus on Observability has made many of our customers more interested in our products, which has led to more questions and opportunities.
The day was an opportunity for us to meet more customers, and for them to learn more about the possibilities of eG Enterprise.

2024년 5월 29일 수요일, eG Innovations Korea는 서울 광화문 포시즌 호텔 6층 누리홀에서 고객 초청 세미나인 “2024 eG Enterprise: Get Observability” 가 개최하였습니다.
올해 2024년도 행사는 2022년도 롯데호텔에서 개최한 행사보다 1.5배 정도 많은 고객사및 파트너사를 초대했으며, 예상보다 많은 150여분 정도 참석해 주신 큰 행사였습니다.
