It’s been 8 years since eG Innovations opened its Netherlands’ office in Den Haag to better support our Benelux customers. Our technical and support staff can assist customers and potential customers on-site through our local offices with local and global expertise.
Even before the pandemic hit, our team took a hybrid approach to work so switching to everyone working from home was not a great challenge. That said, sometimes it is just easier to collaborate when everyone is in the same room. That’s why throughout the COVID outbreak last year and this year too, whenever the local regulations have permitted, our employees have taken the opportunity to work from our Netherlands office as and when it suited them.
Others continued to work from home full-time to ensure business continuity for our customers and partners. Additionally, while the pandemic put a stop to all on-site client visits, when the local regulations have allowed we have also been available to visit local customer sites as and when necessary to provide the deep levels of customer support that eG Innovations is known for.

As government regulations allow, we will provide our staff with the flexibility to work in a COVID mitigated environment at the office or from home and remain committed to our physical presence with local staff in the Netherlands.
The Netherland’s office is only one of our 11 physical offices worldwide. With the support of our 200+ employees worldwide, they enable eG Innovations to offer enterprise support packages including in-region support and out-of-hours, follow-the-sun support 24/7.

Het is alweer 8 jaar geleden dat eG Innovations ons Nederlands kantoor in Den Haag geopend heeft om onze Benelux klanten beter te ondersteunen.
Ons lokaal team van mederwerkers kan bestaande en potentiële klanten op locatie assisteren met expertise via ons kantoor in Den Haag.
Gedurende de COVID-uitbraak van vorig jaar en ook dit jaar hebben onze medewerkers, wanneer de lokale regelgeving dit heeft toegestaan, vanuit ons kantoor in Nederland gewerkt. Ook werken velen van hen vanuit huis om de bedrijfscontinuïteit voor onze klanten en partners te waarborgen. Ook zijn wij beschikbaar geweest om lokale klanten te bezoeken, waar en wanneer dit nodig was, mits toegestaan op basis van de lokale lockdown maatregelen.

Wij kunnen niet wachten op het moment dat de deuren weer zullen openen en wij een ieder van jullie weer face to face kunnen spreken. |
Als de overheidsvoorschriften dit toelaten, zullen wij ons personeel de flexibiliteit bieden om op kantoor of vanuit huis te kunnen werken en zullen wij ons verder blijven inzetten voor onze fysieke aanwezigheid met lokaal personeel in Nederland.
