CUCM Devices Layer

Using the tests associated with the CUCM Devices Layer (see Figure 1), you can monitor the following:

• Number of registered, unregistered and rejected CTI devices.

• Number of unknown, registered, unregistered, and rejected gatekeepers.

• Current status of gateways

• Current status of D-channel

• Number of media devices registered, unregistered and rejected with/by the Communication Manager.

• Number of phones registered, unregistered, partially registered and rejected with/by the Communication Manager

• Number of voice mail devices registered, unregistered, and rejected with/by the Communication Manager.
