How does eG Enterprise Monitor Cohesity Backup?

eG Enterprise monitors the Cohesity Backup appliance using an eG external agent that is deployed on any remote host in the environment. This agent communicates with the Cohesity Backup appliance and collects the performance metrics from the SNMP MIB of the Cohesity Backup appliance. To achieve this, eG agent requires the Cohesity Backup appliance to be SNMP enabled.
