How to Monitor Juniper SRX Using eG Enterprise?

eG Enterprise monitors the Juniper SRX using an eG external agent that is deployed on a remote host. This eG agent polls the SNMP MIB of the device to gather the statistics related to the Juniper SRX at configured intervals.

Below are the prerequisites to monitoring the Juniper SRX:

• Juniper SRX is enabled for SNMP.

• SNMP connectivity is established between eG external agent and target device.

• SNMP credentials are available.
