The AVD Broker Layer

With the help of the tests mapped to this layer, administrators can:

• Capture errors in broker operations;

• Identify unavailable host pools, and session hosts that are in an unhealthy/abnormal state;

• Be alerted to user connection failures;

• Know when a session host is added to or removed from a host pool;

• Detect issues in RDP/icon feeds;

• Audit configuration changes to AVD initiated by the ARM API/Powershell;

• Identify users whose logon experience with AVD is sub-par, and accurately isolate where the bottleneck is
