Each layer that is part of this model is mapped to tests that pull a variety of metrics revealing the availability, responsiveness, certificate validity, and various state of tokens. Using these metrics, administrators can find quick and accurate answers for the following performance queries:

  • Is Microsoft Graph API available and responsive?

  • How many corporate owned/personal devices were enrolled on Microsoft Azure Intune?

  • How many devices were waiting for the approval from Microsoft Azure Intune?

  • How many devices encountered conflicts during configuration on the target Microsoft Azure Intune?

  • How many devices were configured with errors on the target Microsoft Azure Intune?

  • Which Volume Purchase Program (VPP)/Apple Enrollment Program Token (EPT) imported to the target Intune is nearing expiry?

  • What is the current status of each VPP token/EPT Token?

  • Is any VPP/EPT token identified as invalid?

  • Which EPT token is enrolled with maximum number Apple devices?

  • Which EPT token encountered maximum number of errors while enrolling the devices?

  • Is any connector instance inactive?

  • What is the current validity status of each device certificate imported to the target Microsoft Azure Intune?

  • Is any device certificate nearing expiry?
