Zoom Usage layer

The tests associated with the Zoom Usage layer monitor the Zoom account for usage of Zoom services collect key statistics related to usage. These measures help administrators understand which services from version of client is used and what other clients are using Zoom. These insights help administrators understand the issue and attribute the same to client capability rather than Zoom issue.
