Managing the EDirectory (Netware) Server

To achieve this, do the following:

  1. Log into the eG administrative interface.

  2. eG Enterprise cannot automatically discover the EDirectory (Netware) servers. You need to manually add the eDirectory NetWare using the COMPONENTS page (see Figure 7) that appears when the Infrastructure -> Components -> Add/Modify menu sequence is followed. Remember that components manually added are managed automatically.

  3. When you attempt to sign out, a list of unconfigured tests appears (see Figure 8).

  4. To know how to configure the tests, refer to the Monitoring Novell eDirectory chapter.
  5. Finally signout of the eG administrative interface.
